The Mills Church is 113 years old and we celebrated our first handicap accessible service on July 31st, 2011.  Below is the link to the video showing the construction and finished project.

Living Stones, Dedication of the Mills Church

Download "Living Stones"  This was our dedication service as The Mills Church and the final of three teachings learning from Jacob and his ceremony marking out his encounter with God at Bethel (the House of God).  We, Peter states, are living stones being built into a house for God.

It's a rock but it's more than a rock: Part 2

Download "It's a Rock part 2"  We took another week deconstructing Jacob's experience recorded in Genesis 28.  On the one hand, we need religious ceremonies and traditions, and on the other they are simply pictures of a greater reality.  Our stones that hold meaning can either be stepping stones or barriers to true growth into the people God intends and created us to be.
